Position Overview

The Head of Training will be responsible for guiding People’s Economy’s overall training strategy, providing comprehensive oversight and direction on several key aspects. These include converting complex economic analysis and our community-based economic education framework into accessible, engaging training materials; designing individual workshops and learning journeys; shaping our pedagogical approach to learning; and enhancing our distinctive facilitation methods. The role will place a strong emphasis on developing the systems needed to consolidate and scale our training initiatives, particularly through supporting, training and coaching staff, freelancers and collaborators in delivering our training approach. Additionally, the position will involve creating paid training programs, supporting various other initiatives, managing projects and contributing to revenue generation.
