This full-time, permanent role offers a stable income with 40 hours per week, paid at an hourly rate of $15.75. The caregiver will play a crucial role in supporting the parents by providing care for children and assisting with household duties.
Responsibilities
As a Child Caregiver, you will be expected to:
- Take full responsibility for the household in the parents’ absence.
- Provide light housekeeping and cleaning services.
- Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens.
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Ensure infants and children are ready for rest periods.
- Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: A secondary school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year but less than 2 years of experience in child care.
- Work Environment: Must be able to work on-site at the employer’s home in Amos, QC.
- Language: Proficiency in either English or French is required.
- Work Authorization: Only Canadian citizens, permanent or temporary residents, or individuals with a valid Canadian work permit can apply.
